Your IP may be a part of the problem but the main problem is your items, if i just have my wooden sword on and armor i can get massive lures in zt and kill them without any sticky feet or lag at all. However if i put my accesories on ie brace ring and neck as soon as i get 2 mobs i cant move and have to shut the game down.
I've tested this repeatedly putting kit on and off and it happens everytime so must be more than a coincidence.
