black screen

iv donwloaded everything and i cant log in can u help me plz

ok i used to get blackscreen after i clicked launcher, the way to sort it is i thought to reset computer, however ive found a much better way

contrl+alt+del =task manager

end task explorer.exe

then cntrl+Alt+del again, click new process type in explorer press enter

this works for me now
